So...Bonny Lee Bakley's family didn't want to be present at her funeral for "moral reasons", but had no problem being paid to do a commentary on the live-cast. Then they sued the father of her child, who had custody, for millions. The lawsuit derailed Blake's custody, and guardianship of Rose was won by her half-sister, Delinah, Blake's daughter from his first marriage. Rose suffered from anxiety and depression and required therapy for her family issues, but was reconciled with Robert Blake when she was 18. It is always the innocents who suffer. I'm happy she got her life on track. She deserves to be happy.

What a coincidence that she was killed at the exact moment Blake went back into the restaurant. Blake is a gifted actor who has a lot of baggage from his experiences as a child star, many that stemmed from his own family. No doubt he approaches life differently from many of us. Some things about the crime are questionable. But considering the history of Bonnie behavior it is not surprising that her life ended violently.

In 1993 Robert Blake starred in the excellent television movie “Judgement Day: The John List Story”. He played John List, a man who killed his mother, wife, and kids in 1971 and evaded justice for decades until the tv show “America’s Most Wanted” did a show about him. It’s one of the most disturbing movies I’ve ever seen, but what stands out in my mind is that I watched it in 1993 and was freaked out by how well Robert Blake played a such a cold blooded killer, it was like he wasn’t even acting. @@RobGa66 Yes, that was also a fantastic performance. But the killer he played in that movie was just a white trash low life. John List was more creepy than Norman Bates: a middle aged, very uptight and religious accountant living in a huge mansion in a very wealthy area of New Jersey who just kills his entire family. The way they were killed and how he arranged their bodies was unbelievably creepy. The way Robert Blake became him, and even looked like him, was so flawless it was scary.

The reason I believe that he probably did it, is because NOBODY else would throw the murder weapon right there in the dumpster. If you are a criminal, a thief, a jilted lover, a serial killer, random murderer, juvenile thug, etc., you are going to take your weapon with you. You may get rid of it later, but you are not going to leave it at the scene!! Blake had to dump it there really quickly, as he could not leave the scene. He was trapped there. So, anything else does not make sense!! I know some criminals are not the brightest, but nobody is going to leave the murder weapon there, plus they wiped it clean of fingerprints, first. Nobody else could afford to take that extra time. They would run off with the weapon, and clean it away from the scene, and get rid of it. Very suspicious!! Points to guilt on Blake.

I think he hired someone to kill her. He brought her to dinner, deliberately left a gun, of all things, at the restaurant, which served as the excuse to leave her alone for a moment and to make it look like he did not use his own gun. As she sat in the car his hired gunman shot her and ran off. There is a chilling recording you can find on YT of him talking to her on the phone when she told him she was pregnant..she said she couldn't get pregnant or something like that-then of course she deliberately set out to get pregnant. His seething anger at her deception is very evident on the recording.

I remember hearing the tape recording of that phone call on news program not long after her murder, and it was very disturbing. She was crying and begging for him to forgive her for lying about taking birth control, and he was having none of it. Obviously any man would be angry if he was scammed like that, but his response was chilling. He wasn’t screaming or crying, he was ice cold and just kept telling her: “But you lieeeeed....you lieeeed”, and you could just tell that he wanted her to be exterminated. At the same time it was hard to feel sorry for her once the information came out about her life of scams and crimes. No one deserves to be murdered, but it was clear that her life would end badly. She had to have been a sociopath without a conscience to do the things she did, and it was her unlucky fate to get involved with a dangerous man.

I never believed that Robert Blake was innocent of killing Bonny Lee Bakley. Yes, it sounds like she wasn't a very nice person, from what we've seen here. But does anyone deserve to die like that? She was someone's mother. That little girl most assuredly loved her mom. And wasn't it convenient that RB just happened to go back for his gun- who forgets a gun?- and when he returned-voila!- Bonny was found shot dead? Either RB did it or had someone else do it. Yes, he was a good actor and quite likable in his younger days, but so what? He did it, People. And got away with it.

Robert Blake always parked his car in the same place at the restaurant. This night he parked down the street by a dumpster. He got her in the car and said he had to go back to the restaurant he left something there, and when he got back she was dead.......he murdered her but with all his actor persona he got away with it....also someone saw he dropped his gun under the table ........hmmmm!

I remember this case like it was yesterday. Not only was it close to the infamous O.J. case, but I was a big fan of Robert Blake. This just shattered my image of him. I'm glad that I found your channel. You handle these stories professionally and not critically and try to beseechingly treat the victim or suspect. I personally thought that Blake did it, I was mad seeing that another celebrity got away with murder.

It says a lot about a person that more than one person says "well, one day I always knew she'd piss off the wrong person" about. Clearly if Robert didn't do it, someone would in due time. Why people give this woman's death any more than a shoulder shrug is beyond me. That's not to say she "deserved it'" just that I'm not wasting tears on a self-serving crummy person. Ya reap what ya sow, lady.

After Dean Paul’s tragic crash, Martin spiraled into an increasingly deeper depression. He had his dinner at the same hour, same table, exactly specific meal nearly every evening. The restaurant was nearby Martin’s longtime residence; not in The Valley (as is Vitello’s). Martin, so deeply depressed, did not converse with anyone while eating (unless absolutely necessary). B.B. may have found a way to violate a boundary and invade his privacy-however, I know nothing of the said photo.

That modeling school was a rip-off they just wanted your money anybody could have went to the barbizon School of modeling😂😂😂 she was a con artist. How she ever got Blake to ever marry her or even take a second look at her I will never understand it? These poor men must have been very very lonely for a ladies companionship. My dogs are not happy about her singing. She wanted to get her hands on the celebrity men and got pregnant so she would have claim to the money. Women have to understand that the pregnancy will not keep a man. If they pay child support for the child then the child is supposed to be the one who benefits from the support not the mother. Marriage will not work to get money from the husband. She might benefit financially when married but, nothing if divorce happens. Especially when the marriage is over in months.

This seemed like a planned murder. It could've been planned by Blake and an accomplice that had reached out to him previously. Quite possibly planned using a previously wronged person, as the accomplicethat had reached out to Blake. He was actually a controlling kind of weirdo in his personality. The neighborhood is not a bad neighborhood, at all and for some reason he actually parked farther from the restaurant than is necessary. Blake probably didn't pull the trigger, but that's why I believe him to have an accomplice. His reactions on the stand made him seem to be a part of it. Couldn't have happened to nicer people. Christian Brando was one messed up dude and a convicted murderer, also. The accomplice could've been one of many to choose from.
@memoryofChristian_Brando
@memoryofChristian_Brando 21 день тому
Christian was not interested in this woman at all. He left her for 18 months before the accident. She called him to apologise by phone and he begged her to leave him alone. Based on this the police in LA and WA and two judges refused to get him involved . He had nothing to do in this story it was Blake's lawyers technique to attract media attention.
@glendaeden2501
@glendaeden2501 25 днів тому
If Blake actually did it himself, he took a huge risk summoning help while she was still alive. He wouldn’t have known whether or not she could survive to identify her assailant. Even if he hired the gunman, the same risk would apply.
