This one here completely tired me and Tyler out. It's hard work shoveling off 2-3 inches of dirt mixed in with vines. Although it was super hard work, I think the result was fantastic.

My neighbor got hurt and couldn’t mow his very large lawn for a couple of months during our rainy season so I mowed it for him cause we’re friends and they’re good neighbors. And it keeps the fire hazard down for the whole neighborhood. The world is full of good people.❤️

Getting old(er) is no joke. I'm seventy years of age with leukemia and cannot do a fraction of what I could do when I was at your age. Helping this elderly person out is "storing up treasure in Heaven". Well done, young fella. 😇

Absolutely agree, hope you are able to cope with illness and have quality time too. How true that getting older is no joke. Having good health is a large determinant. I’m 68, and always been active, but can see and sense that I’ll have trouble keeping up my gardening and lawn work. Fortunately I can call on a service to do some of the heavy duty work. And fortunately I can afford the cost (at least for now). I have a back yard entirely flowers, shrubs, landscaping. I just work on sections a day at a time and manage to keep it up. We have a lawn waste removal bin weekly Bless these guys for helping out these people.

I understand. For myself, at 71, I do all this and paint my house, repair patch and seal my asphalt driveway and every other household chore that needs doing along with cooking cleaning and shopping & I take care of my cats and dog too . Each Summer I wonder if I can do it one more time. When you want to stay independent it is a miracle what can be accomplished. Even when I had a husband I did a majority of the inside and outdoor 'chores'.

My son (39) has Aspergers and I absolutely feel the same! I wanted a nap, too, after watching all your work! My son’s perspective on anything and everything is so refreshing. This is the kind of stuff we all should be doing for those in need. No charge no being asked to just doing. I really think that young people should do two years of public service or join the military then we pay for your school. I think people would learn empathy and how to be a better person.

That overgrown yard made the elderly woman a prisoner in her own home,(not to mention a fire hazard with door blocked)! That backyard was totally unsafe and she could have fallen down and no one would be able to find her in that jungle! Now that it is clean, she can go outside and drink a coffee on her patio. She can put some flower pots out and not be afraid of tripping over vines. YOU GUYS are both wonderful in helping someone who could never return the favor! God will BLESS YOU in return! I am grateful to folks like this who are willing to help out an elderly person. They want to retain their independence and remain in their own homes but some yard work is beyond their physical capability. We've always told our older neighbors if they ever need help, all they have to do is let us know.

That was so unbelievable, the area that she has behind her house and you guys made it look amazing, you couldn't even tell that there was a big patio there. It's sad that when you live by yourself that you can't get no help, bless you both for an amazing job you both did.

What a true amazing thing to do. I know it is a great deal to ask. But I wish and hope in someway you can continue to serve this lady. It is not just the yard, it is the gift of hope and of feeling important and valued as she is older. And the interaction with another living human being.

Awesome transformation! When she gets pressure washed it's really going to be so nice. I see her sitting in the back with a cute little bistro table sipping tea. Also that's the hardest working young man ever!
