That was truly fantastic footage. Great gear looks like a penn slammer 7500, with 300 metres 80lb braid. With a penn ocean Assassin pe 8 to 10 8f rod. I was scared for you standing on those tyres. To land that by yourself from the shore and pull it up all that way is a true angling achievement. Well done 👏

Wow thats sooo awsome. Im new to sea fishing and maybe you could say me what braid, leader, knot from leader to lure , knot from leader to braid and lure u had on there ?

Sure thing. I used 100lbs sufix pro8 braid fg knot for connecting braid to mono (200lbs) an uni knot from the leader to a svivel and a splittring in the svivel to the lure. The lure i was using is a crazy daisy 180gr curly tail glow cod colour(cant remember the exact name of the colour). This is very heavy tackle and you dont need it unless youre targeting only halibut. Hope this helps😊
