Rogue champ is still best Champ skin imo. However, this skin is half price of ususal Legendary skins. That fact alone makes it worth the price. If this isn't for you, then better to wait for the Championship Finals next month, where according to rumours a "Champion of Champions" Legendary skin maybe revealed.
