I have a rushed base which used to be my main. I quit and started over, which now a new th12. I got my rushed base back and I seen that some things upgraded. The village girl made me sad bc she said that everyone missed me 😢

There’s a relatively new system that auto upgrades a base when it’s offline for a long time. It caps at whatever townhall you are currently at and at about the pace of 50% of your collectors iirc. I don’t remembering long it takes to be active though.

Remember when the town hall used to be put at the very outside so we could exchange trophies for shield? The time we have full dark elixir and someone just dropped lightning on them and we got really mad? That was good old day haha

Exactly,in fact rushing is a strategy which is helpful for CWL, idk why many people make a fuss, our clan is M3 and there are few th12 players in our clan who want to just stay th12 and max it, even after being told to push to th13 as it's advantage for CWL

I only do rush fot th14 after that I will max each and every thing, beacause there will be nothing to do still I upgrade some of the defence to level 7 and mortars to level 3 and my wizard tower to level 3 onlt this much other all along with eagle artillery and my favourite scattershot also level 1 beacause it takes a lot of time to upgrade it so I will do at least of TH 14

I completely agree with all of these points! I recently started playing, and sometimes it can be tempting to rush to my friends' level, but as a first time player it is definitely worth not rushing to experience the game. I can easily see how people would rather rush on secondary accounts, as they would already have had that experience, and may just want to get to the thick of things. Great video man!

I never did it but I'd recommend maxing up to th9 and then rush to th12 and using sneaky goblins to 1* every base and farm loot. sneaky goblins are an absolutely insane way to guarantee loot (whilst pushing trophies) and it makes all of that farming nonsense at town hall levels below seem absolutely pointless. obviously rushing a base is not ideal for clan wars but you don't even need a clan to pull off goblin farming.

I started playing again recently and noticed I kept getting attacked with sneaky gobs. I never cared much for them but one day I said "why not? let me try them" and ever since it's the only method I use for farming. by far the most important addition to farming ever added to the game.

I used to think it's better to max out everything, and then upgrade town-home. Not that rushing is a bad option, but more like a less interesting option when it comes to hold in a ligue. But when i got th11, i thought more than one time to rush to th12, as it's really hard to take down th11 players without siege machine. Then i discovered super goblin :)

for troops, yes rushing is a good option with an alt account. however, rushing on your main account will always put you at a disadvantage in battles and war and the average player will attack you when they see low level walls for a high level th aswell as the high loot content you accumulate with better resource collectors compared to your trophy level

In my secondary account (which is primary now) I maxed till TH7 and rushed to TH9 cuz TH8 has a lot of gold upgrades while less exixir and DE upgrade. TH9/10 is a stable place for rushed players to fix their base imo

In my opinion, rushing 10 is better idea because for my experience I always find more loot in th10 than th9 so I always upgrade th8 to th 10 not play in 9. IDK why but you find more loot and upgrade easier when you are in th 10 rather than th9

Great video. Only thing I would say differently is Super Goblins are the best farming army instead of baby drags. I just got back into clash 3 months ago after 6 years, got my walls from level 10 to maxed level14 in those 3 months. Once you get the hang of it you can use 1/3 army camps to get all the loot and a jump spell to get the townhall (maintain trophies), get a minimum 600k of each per raid in masters league meaning about 3.6 mill of each every time you come online (2 full army camps). Now I'm sitting at townhall 13 with maxed walls but th10 defenses, 4 hero's down 24/7 so only have 1 builder spare currently to fix the defenses. I think this must be the fastest way for new people to a completely maxed base, might not be the most fun way but its the fastest.

One other advantage is a little more situation specific but if you are a th10 or a 11 with a rushed alt that is th12 or higher it gives you much more freedom if you want to leave your current clan since in the period of trying to find a new clan you don't have to worry about not having access to siege machines while your finding a new clan

I know it's not the optimal way, but I always upgrade my TH in order to have the last one. I find the game more enjoyable and, since I'm not a competitive player, it doesn't hurt my clan

I mostly focus on just upgrading my heroes and laboratory, and my second account is th13 with almost maxed out heroes and lab, and TH11 defenses. The defenses are super easy to upgrade by the lab and heroes take a longggg time.

So currently I'm rushing my 1/3-way Th11 to Th12. Did this because of getting and donating siege machines so I can do better in attacking and war. My main account is a nearly maxed th10 and I have an alt account at th12, I find that the experience of upgrading to higher new townhalls on my main is not ruined at all by alt account. It feels just as great because I know that it is my real account that I have grinded.

Great content. The more active you are the more it benefits to rush. Though i suggest to rush immediately to th9 and work from there. If you manage to max your walls first than your defenses it means you farm a lot and you should rush to th13

Adding to the advantages: -Believe or not, with weaker defenses, you protect your loot more. Reason for this is that more players are gonna be willing to attack it, which is actually a good thing, because not all of them are gonna be ready for it and they will either lose, or take some loot and give you a nice shield. Many times, rushed bases give a false impression of weakness when it fact, it might have more DPS than you think. This works to your advantage. -On the other hand, maxed bases are scary, most players are gonna next it, and the player who's going to gonna attack is the more skilled one who's ready with a war army, not a normal player who's just farming. This means you're more likely to lose more loot. That's actually a weird contradiction in the game, and it's quite the opposite of what ppl say... that you'll get crushed if you're rushed (rhyme is nice but unintended).

Rushers also usually have most of their loot in Treasury, Season Bank, Season Pass, and Loot Cart. And then there's the part where if the rushed base actually is weak, it probably won't have much loot.

My rule of thumb. Rush to th 7 or 8 and then max everything before upgrading. It gets you to have better troops and resource collectors faster and you can max th 7 relatively quickly. Once you slow down you won't be punished like at higher town halls

Judo can you (or anyone here) expand on the topic of “war weights” and how it affects clan wars. What do I need to consider when choosing certain players for war in order to get better and more balanced wars? Do I need to put a mix of maxed players and rushed players? Or do I stick with just maxed players? I want to use as many players as I can to get better Clan xp BUT not have a war where we are doomed to lose.

It is better to rush but u must max out your offense like Army camp, barracks, troops and spells. In my experience, it was easier to upgrade walls when you rush and most of the time you have weak mirror opponents in Clan wars. You max out your TH8 but then a TH9 crushes your base full 3 stars so what's the point? Just rush in a good way.

I was extremely rushed at one point. Went into th9 with th6 and th5 defense levels. Took me much much longer to get to maxed. Not near as crazy as rushing to th11 or higher though

Recently got back to the game only to realized why I quit in the first place. It's super time consuming, not only you have to put in time to farm for loot but some of the buildings take half a month to finish upgrading.

It's actually way less consuming than it used to be. The season pass and evenrs give you tons of items and ressources. I'm TH11 and drowning in ressources lol

@@Zeebats CoC is not meant to be played alone. The times are increasing but does that really matter when you're having fun with your friends in clan wars, games and leagues? That's where the best part is at. :)

I recently started playing CoC and didn't know anything All I saw was upgrading town hall unlocked new types of defences which was always an exciting thing Then I saw some yt videos, got some basic knowledge of the game about 2-3 months in, I was at th10 but then I got to know rushing is bad Then I stumbled upon this video about 2 months ago I thought I've rushed so far, let's go to th12 where there is giga tesla and super troops Which in fact (sneaky goblin) is a huge help in occupying my all 5 builders all the time so now I'm going to Max th12 then go to th13, I think it was a good idea to rush till th12

I rushed to TH 10 a long time ago, and not knowing it was bad I went to 11. But now I am actually the average TH 9 (in terms of upgrades) and the collectors are good for walls. I don’t use baby dragons I spend on sneaky goblins whenever I have the dark elixir. I have gotten a lot done. I attack the lower bases that he purposely puts in inactive people for so I can upgrade. Now I have 20 King, 20 Queen, and 18 Warden. My strat is a queen walk with an E drag and invis spell to make sure she stays on track while I use my earthquake spells to get to the core. I also carry 10 miners and bowlers and 2 rage spells and 1 heal spell in case I need some percentage. In the cc I often ask for the blimp to get to the middle and take out the eagle quickly.

This is late, but you should upgrade more than just a single troop like baby dragons. You should also be upgrading your barch because the level you have is also the level your heros spawn. 👍
