I worked so hard for months and was able to save $550 to buy a cell phone for my mom . I got scamed so bad that it broke my heart. I wanted to gift her for her birthday but all my saving were gone . I Tried with commonweath bank but they did not care at all even though i had all the proof and fraud bank account name and no. It really breaks my heart thinking about other victims. I wish I could get here a new phone . I will never be able to trust any online transaction now.

Most humans would be inclined to do evil things when raised without proper education altogether and exposed to the wrong ethics all their lives (notice how poverty really has no role in this: my grandpas were poor and never hurt anyone). So I’m not saying their acts are forgivable but I do think they wouldn’t have chosen to be scammers if raised with proper education and good principles. I’m not justifying them but I guarantee the environment they live in plays a big role in making them choose the wrong path.

This is particular to some cities and communities in India like kolkata where parents don't care what their children are and instead help there children in such activities. You need connection in police to do all this without getting arrested, parents provide that.
