The fact that she decided not to lip-sync, but to go out on that stage and try her best really shows how strong she is and that she is serious about her motto : " I love you. Keep going!". I have all respect for that woman and I hope she feels okay. I know that EDS and all these other diseases effect her vocal chords and I think she should take a break, if she needs one and try to recover a bit. And even if one day she won't be able to do live performances anymore, that's okay for me, because her music will always be great. We love you Sia and we hope you feel well. 💜

Let's not overreact. She struggled on "today" staying in key on "Courage to Change Today". I am most concerned if she's in pain. The pre-chorus was gorgeous and a stumble on "today" doesn't really mean her voice is gone. Also, the "mix" between the track and her vocal wasn't in balance during the chorus, so it sounded odd / jarring as it transitioned to the chorus largely for that reason. Even Sia 3 years ago would have an issue w that sound engineering mix. It's also just a tough song, w this overpowering chorus that starts on a dime. It will always work much better in studio than live as it's a power chorus where you need a lot of filler sound

For those of you who don't know Sia suffers from EDS on top of other illnesses , and these affect her vocal cords so please shower her with love and support. Besides, she had the actual COURAGE ( no pun intended ) to perform and do her best singing because she loves her fans and this is what makes Sia unique - a humble, down-to-earth gem. ;)

Choosing not to lip-sync the song in spite of her vocal issues connected to the EDS is really a bold choice. She makes that valuable choice as an artist, and encourages me as an human being to make bold choices in my life, in spite of the problems that are in my way. Thank you Sia :)

As far as I know, she has a nervous disease that affects her voice. She is in constant pain. Unfortunately, Sia's voice has suffered a lot. High notes have just become more difficult for her. But if you listen to previous live performances, you will notice that sia sings wonderfully.

I think she was just not feeling well that day. You can also see that at one moment during the performance she almost falls, so I guess it was a bad day and the effects of her diseases. Props to her for still singing live.

To be honest, Sia is one of the few people who after 25 years of interrupted career, is still so strong and continues to surprise us. I am her fan since 2008 that thanks to her song "Little Man" I decided not to take the bottle of bleach and continue with my life. Sia's health and her life in general matter a lot to me, and I think we can all agree that if she decides to retire from the stage and start a life away from the music industry due to her vocal health, she has everything. our support in doing so. This woman has given everything for her audience, so it is our time to help her and support her in whatever she decides. I was about to take the bottle of bleach after the past 13 years being relentless making me strong for so long I forgot how to feel weak. It was and is ruining everything but after seeing and fully feeling the meaning of elastic heart I decided to give something a chance. For the first time in a while I felt weak. Yes, it takes a lot of courage in a person, after 25 yrs of sorrow, to come back on stage with a performance so impressive and guess can be trascient towards the next decade. She has given all of her best in her songs to inspire us, encourage us to move on amidst the hard times of covid. Highly appreciative. She is a savior. l adore her art so much because It saved my life. She knows very well what art is. She doesn't sing about sex or getting high. She always sings about the struggles of life and the deep stuff. Sia always says no to being famous. She doesn't need money or plastic surgery to be star. She is so beautiful. Her soul is song. I strongly believe that this world doesn't deserve her. She is a different kind of human. She is suffering from EDS and mental health issues but she keeps hope alive. Sia deserves to heal. @@gagaclau2608 Ditto. People shouldn't overreact. She struggled on "today" staying in key on "Courage to Change Today". I am most concerned if she's in pain. The pre-chorus was gorgeous and a stumble on "today" doesn't really mean her voice is gone. Also, the "mix" between the track and her vocal wasn't in balance during the chorus, so it sounded odd / jarring as it transitioned to the chorus largely for that reason. Even Sia 3 years ago would have an issue w that sound engineering mix. It's also just a tough song, w his overpowering chorus that comes out of nowhere. It will always work much better in studio than live as it's a power chorus where you need a lot of filler sound

I don't know why but it seems like everything I've come across in the past few days has helped put me in the right mind space to move past a trauma I had never let myself admit happened. And this is just another piece of it, listening to this right now makes me feel like I am powerful or strong for wanting to deal with it. It's been a wild storm of emotions and progress for me, and this song is helping me feel seen. So even though she'll probably never see this thank you Sia.

Sia is such a strong and inspiring human being. She has suffered from intense nervous breakdowns every 5 years, as well as her fiancé’s death (he was ripped in half by a taxi as it ran over his brain stem on his birthday, before they even got a chance to get married). She also suffered from severe depression, drug addiction, trauma, an abusive father with dual personalities, a broken family, parents' divorce, severe loneliness and Grave's thyroid disease (in which her eyes and thorax swell up, her voice deepens and she gains 20 kilograms, making her sick and lazy). She also tried to kill herself twice in her earlier years, and very recently had a huge existential crisis and suicidal ideation due to her complex PTSD and divorce from her sociopathic husband in 2016. Currently she suffers from body dysmorphia and daily chronic pain due to a neurological disorder, migraines, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. Two of her three dogs she’s had for decades also both died in the same month in 2019. So please think before you criticize her performance here. She is in pain everyday. Despite that, she still performs for her fans even though she hates it and wants to retire soon. That’s how much Sia loves us. Sia, we are all so proud of you for always pushing through for the sake of others and happy that you still continue to sing for us 💛(Not my comment)
