The lineage you are talking about are converts. Those converts were converted forcefully. No one "sacrificed" his original religion to accept Islam. They were just trying to stay alive. It was convert or kill philosophy which made Islam so powerful.

Harish Shrivastava I know so many "converts" that became Muslim on their own and their families are the ones "forcing" them to not be so. It would be nice if you took the time out to educate yourself, and I don't mean this in a bad way... seriously. This way you won't make yourself look unknowledgeable and foolish.

Harish Shrivastava I don't try and defend saying that there weren't a few who were probably scared and tried to convert to Islam, more such as pretending to be Muslims. I am sure in this free society that we live in today, no one is bound by any obligation to follow any such religion. Even so, they might not change their names, but will be honest enough to admit that they are not religious and are agonists. People who converted to Islam, for the love of Islam, in the pursuit of equality, respect and brotherhood and the fairness Islam teaches as the basis for every transaction one has in her/his life. I wish to meet my ancestors, and share their stories on how they found the true path.

Waseem Muhammed Khan I do not understand what you are trying to say man. From what I can comprehend, Almost all of the muslims' ancestors (Including yours ) did not accept Islam by choice. There was no love involved. It was all bloodshed, beheading. It was fear of death, not love of Islam. Which converted them.

I just saw your message and no one reply you. Actually it has 2 answers. If you are non muslim then you will get reward here in the world before you die. There is no reward for you for day of judgement. So it is a problem and need to worry and always punishment, May Allah guide you if you are a non muslim. Now if you are a muslim then you will get reward here or it could be there. If for some reason the muslim is in hell, then he will be for some time only and one day Insha Allah he will out from hell and will go to heaven. This is promise of Allah and Prophet Muhammad gives Guarantee to muslims. If you have any question let me know, i will be glad to help you.
