all of these do look really good but in my opinion medium is probably best choice since running high to extreme makes my laptop slow after use and also better fps with medium

with lite, you can turn on water reflections in the settings, but maybe turn reflections off if you want your computer to live. (You can also turn on water caustics ((the light rays under the water))

Its nice how you can optimize the settings to get better fps. I currently run the extreme vl on 60fps, im glad it stays consistent on most graphics low

I use the lite version so my PC doesnt burn and I have to say, this shaderpacks is amazing. I was surprised my pc did not lag, and it was able to run smoothly on lite, and even somewhat on extreme.

i really liked how when i was using uhd graphics, i could run lite at a solid 45 fps, but now i have a 3070 ti i can run the extreme; it just shows how pretty much anyone can use shaders now, its not so rare, which is good because minecrafts so much better with shaders, than without

Took me forever to find this. I wanted to know what the differences were with each version. It looks like lite just have no volumetric lighting, underwater caustics, or water reflections and lower quality shadows. I'm going to pick high personally so I can get the highest quality shadows without the fog from the volumetric lighting that the extreme version has.

I tried some shaders and sildurs is by far the best shader ever the performance was great just don't put texture pack innit it will run really well on low end and medium tier PCs medium is my fav imo if you have a mid or high end system even for lows

SVS is one of the best shaders ever... after years of SEUS I have switched to this... and i'm amazed of how good the Extreme is... and it is very optimized, my GPU is a 1060 6GB and I can run Minecraft at 50-60 frames per second with 128x texture packs and SVS, not even once my temperatures touched 70'C.

@@ramsridar1180 GTX 1050 Ti isn't that bad. It's still relevent in gaming, although it would be a good idea to upgrade. A lot of us like to hold out on upgrades, like me, who stayed on a GT620 for 5 years and a GT730 for a few months before upgrading to a 6700 XT

wtf? potato pc? if u had run that in 1600 x 900 res and everything in fast dude that would be 70 fps and with 1600 x 900 res i only get 20 fps that's not a potato pc its just a standard strong pc

@@kinga1925 im running it at 1920 x 1080 res and my PC specs is 4gb ram gt 1030 gpu and 3.00 ghz processor 4 cores and a normal pc specs is 8gb ram gtx 1080 gpu 2.40 - 3.60 ghz cpu processor 6-8 cores so my pc specs are just a f*cking potato

@@thesecretgamerplays9298 "normal pc specs" bruh you think everyone owns a gaming pc mine can only run toaster and high performance toaster at 120 fps, other shaders its 30 fps, i set every setting fast, my chunks are at 5, (7 is good but i cant run it) i went to Other Settings and change my res to 1600 x 900 (1280 x 720 gives you max but it looks bad) and i own an intel hd 610, intel pentium gold cpu no graphics card just integrated one 8 gb ram

I’ve been using the extreme version with a gtx 1650. It was always around the 45-60 fps but never above that. So I downloaded the lite version and tweaked it so it looks like the extreme version and voilá, I can have an awesome looking shader with 60+ fps. Try this y’all.

the greatest diff is shadows after med I get 20+ fps (i just want playable experience) so I run sildurs high:) if u can get above 50 at high surely go with high atleast

the biggest difference is definetily between the lite and medium version, the rest doesn't really change from what I saw here. maybe some minor details. The biggest change was the fog, the extreme version really added some more fog, and a really small color filter.

the volumetric lighting in the extreme version is also a pretty big change, the extreme didn't add any fog, you can just now see the moonlight coming through the existing fog

Honestly the only things that are noticeably different without comparison are the extreme VL, lite and medium. Pretty surprising as there is a decent fps difference between all of them yet medium actually looks really good

Extreme makes my fps go under 55 and sometimes even 50 in Jungles so I stick with high

I am using a medium shader. I have a built-in intel 500 card, 8 RAM, not a very good computer, without shaders and at low settings 160-200 fps, with shader 30-35

Don't, u atleast need to allocate ram to near 8gb and a dedicated graphic card for better performance.. I usually get a 30-35 fps with 8gb ram i5 and nvidia mx130 dedicated gpu
