Everyone says Trip is the reason those girls died but i believe they were doomed to begin with. Their parents were clearly the main reason althought what Trip did just brought their ends a lot quicker.

i hate Trip so much, if it wasnt for him the lisbon sisters would have been alive. i dont know if the boys really loved them but im sure that they really card about the girls and im glad they still think about them.

I guess he didn't love her and just wanted what seemed unattainable, but don't blame everything on him. their parents are the ones to blame. Cecilia took her life before Trip appeared on the horizon

no, cecilia already killed herself and in the book the boys speculate whether they’d plan to kill themselves before trip even came in to their lives. their parents are at fault.

I love Beach House & loved that movie. It still haunts me to this day like the Lisbon Girls still haunt the narrator. Very fitting song for the movie and its time period and theme. Great editing too. Long Live The Virgin Suicides and the Lisbon Sisters. ❤💐

So can someone spoil the movie for me i never got a chance to see this 90's classic i doubt it i ever will so what happens they friends or sisters did they commit or didn't they it looks sad either way.
