Benn deserves maximum penalty of ban for the way this has been handled to set an example of governance and procedure. He's not a superstar, he's a hype job off his surname and hasn't earned the financial position he has been marketed into. Connor Benns case has been held in a far different way than any other recent cases. Confidential information being released to the public, board members speaking out in public to people like Simon Jordan who clearly has an agenda against Eddie & Matchroom. Very little noise was made regarding Amir Khans failed test, Very little noise on Dillian Whyte, Very little on alycia baumgardner. I think although Connor Benn has not handled this situation very well, people have been out too get him right from the start and it’s a complete different energy towards him than any other. With that being said, I do think that the BBBoC must win this case for the future of boxing in this country.
