I love you Doc, your remedies work, but I’m having a hard time taking advice to grow my hair back from a bald guy!😂😂😂😂

I improved my hair by doing these: Having more and more vitaminC from orange, lemon, and kiwi, 7-8 hrs of adequate sleep daily, have nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also have fishes like salmon. Exercise a minimum of 30 mins everyday. Using organic oil, neem wood comb, massager for scalp by Littleextra Cooconion twice a week. All this is good to control hair fall.

Dried coffee grounds stimulating and exfoliating. I use baking soda & ACV mixture as a PRE-shampoo. This also stimulates, deep cleansing. I also use a shampoo with Salicylic powder (loosening of thick scale buildup) occasionally.

I like this doc very much yet i agree on many that he should be the last one advising on hair growth. Yet I like his advice in many other areas.

Ultimate routine for healthy hair and to control hair fall and dandruff. 1. Massaging the scalp 2. Combing with a neem wood comb 3. Don't opt for very tight hairstyles 4. Refrain from excessive heat styling 5. Protecting your hair from the sun 6. Keep yourself hydrated 7. Good diet 8. Proper sleep 9. Deep conditioning treatment. After applying oil, wrap your hair in a warm towel for a while 10. Applying warm oil on the hair and regular washing with natural oil and shampoo from littleextrra cocoonioon 11. Yoga poses with head down postures that promote blood circulation and stimulate the hair follicles.

Apple cider vinegar won’t do anything for hair it’s an old wives tail. If your going bald just rock bald head. Change how you take of your hair ask you own doctor. I agree on brushing your hair helps blood flow all so helps with getting rid of dead skin plus you losing hair could be something as simple as your shampoo or a condition you may have. There is no harm in ask your own doctor or even a hairdresser/barber might help. But for those with sensitive scalp I would definitely talk to a doctor and not trying if you do try doing a patch test.

I have been using Aveeno Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo approx. three years now and I have a full head of hair. I also take mega doses of Saw Palmetto, which is also good for hair growth. To all those that are hating this man teaching you about hair loss i must remind you that the founder or Rogaine couldn't use his discovery on himself , as he later found out he was allergic to minoxidil. He died rich and bald.

I'm 33 and started losing my hair at 28. If I grow it out it's still there just thinner on top than the sides. It took my like 2 and a half years to come to terms with it, but I'm not gonna shell out a bunch of money in hopes of saving my hair. I'm fortunate to look alright bald but honestly it's just hair and not that important. It makes sleep, showering and getting ready easier. Plus I live in Las Vegas so it's awesome in the summer!
