Maybe i do not understand free agency, but if Tee Higgins is a Free Agent with permision to seek a trade, can the Bengals really stop it? Or is his status different than PQ or Geno Stone who went torivalbteams in the same division where i kniw we didnt want them? Please explain. Thanks
