Since the Hammer is lighter than your usual builds, may I suggest building the replacement Skull from Bone White painted Steel. That way, it'll last much longer and hit much harder than the original skull did. Making it from steel will also allow you to build it so the LED's that make the Eyes glow are properly recessed into the sockets... I think having the sockets themselves glow will look MUCH better in the end...
