While I believe wholeheartedly in God, this temple is merely temporary and imo, not significant to the soul. Our physical bodies are crippled with imperfections, fragility, non efficiency, extremely flawed, often sick, deformed & destined to decompose and die. That's not to imply we should abuse them or should not take care of them...

she did 15 years of folk music performance, she legit knows this stuff inside-out and did her homework to now be able to channel these feelings and toughts togheter takes real craftsmanship its not easy to make things look this easy

@@hushedtones7168 Exactly to piggy-back on your comment, she worked since a teen, as a songwriter first and foremost, and worked already then for different artists, some of which were country. So all the time before she became a performer herself, she already had multiple genres and sounds in her pocket. Which we can obviously see in her own works of performance. She can do country, folk, rock, pop, punk, r&b, hip-hop, a little classical etc. So I'd say she's got herself covered when it comes to be a songwriter, composer and performer. She's one of a few, who started out as a teenager in the early 2000s, but kept-up with the times and re-invented herself according to the music-eras. And now, I'm glad she finally "found her own voice" so to speak. Really glad she decided to become her own performer. I wish her only the best for her own career.

I'm tatted and not even anywhere near Skylar and I have people tell me to stop marking my skin and that the Bible says I'm not supposed to do that. The Bible also says not to commit infidelity and not to eat hooved animals and these are things people do all the time. Yet the biggest sin in some people's eyes is having a piece if art on your skin.
