This is truly relaxing. Between the lovely sea creatures & sounds that share the places in my eyes, ears, & brain, I can't decide which part helps me fall off to sleep. Maybe it's the mix. All I know is that it is so soothing, I find myself immersed in a cocoon of peaceful sleep. And I wake up much calmer. For anyone wondering if this really helps you fall asleep, I have been waiting for this for many years. A natural, drug free way to get off the repetitious train of thought that keeps you awake.
