Very underrated song, one of my favorite i remember listen to this trying to sleep, and when the song ended, (sic) started...scared the shit out of me.

I used to listen to this song as I tried to sleep at night. It helped. Almost like a lullaby to gather my thoughts and my actions in life. Made me shed a tear once or twice, a powerful song indeed.

I remember being in Highschool when this record dropped 5 days after my 14th birthday. I know the critics burned this record alive but songs like "Danger - Keep Away" were so good and underrated. I couldn't help but find myself coming back to these songs all these years later. This year marks 10 years. 10 fucking years, where did all the time go? Rest in Peace, to Heather Domino. We loved this song and I'm glad we got a chance to share in it's beauty before your passing. Love ya so much!

Whenever I listen to this song I think about people in my life who have passed away. For example, my best friend died back in Sept. 2015, and the line "what if I never see you again" gets a tear in my eye every time because I think about the last time we talked and how I had cut the conversation short so I could go to a class. another example, "I'd die right next to you in the end" reminds me of when we put my dog down. she had cancer, and she her body was pretty ruined. when they put her down, I held her the entire time and made sure the last words she heard were "I love you." sappy, I know. Point being, music can be so emotional and healing and for people to say that Slipknot is just a screamo shit band that lacks talent really gets under my skin. or for that matter anyone who doesn't realize the impact music has in our lives.

I have a feeling that this song has the deepest meaning. It's a way to keep the "danger away", in my mind an extreme act of self-destruction as a result of a downward spiral. "We too feel alone" is to communicate that everybody, even the members of one of the greatest metal band, suffers and feels alone. Maybe we should not give up, because the pieces begin to make sense only as whole. Have a nice day!
