Paroled to a halfway house for convicts with alcohol and drug addiction, he gets an overnight pass and drives his Ford Pinto 60 miles up the California coast to Petaluma. Davis goes to a park, smokes a joint and drinks beer, 2 blocks from the home of 12-year-old Polly Klaas, having a slumber party with two friends. Davis sneaks into the home, grabs a knife from the kitchen, and goes to the room where the girls are setting up sleeping bags. He threatens the girls with the knife, ties 2 of them up, gags them, and kidnaps Polly Klaas. It takes the girls 20 minutes to free themselves and they run to Polly's mother, Eve Nichols. who calls the police. The search for Polly Klaas begins.
90-minutes after kidnapping Polly Klaas, Richard Allen Davis gets his pinto stuck in a ditch. The owner of the secluded property, Dana Jaffe, gets spooked and calls the police. Police talk to Davis, help get his car out of the ditch, and send him on his way. Two months after Polly's disappearance, Jaffe calls the police again after finding a sweatshirt, girls' clothing, and other items on her property. Jaffe says she thought it looked like a crime scene and tells officers about the stranger from 2 months earlier. The search for Polly Klaas has been international news for the last two months and Investigators quickly pull up their records from the incident and find the name, Richard Allen Davis, and ex-con with a long rap sheet who most recently served time in prison for kidnapping.

You're misunderstanding. They do know exactly what they are doing. Are there really still people over the age of 30 who don't understand that much of what is happening and not just in the criminal justice system is intentional and wilful. It's right and even noble to give individual people on our lives the benefit of the doubt before assuming the worst and it's ok initially in individual circumstances but one needs to be able to recognize the obvious pattern. I feel much like the description the psychiatrist gave about people who lost a loved one being in denial at first as it's the minds way of protecting oneself. Many of the good people who still walk among us, are a bit like this in our thinking about what we are witnessing today and the changes n horrors are increasing at most rapid pace. I don't have specify answers on what to do and whether there is even still time to make a difference but we can try where n how we can. But the first thing is to get out of denial and realize it is all...well at least mainly intentional. Prayers n thanks to Mr. Klass. He has been through so much and has done so much to help other families.

I live in Petaluma. I remember when Polly went missing. Our whole town was out looking for her. We were so shocked. Little girls were terrified to have slumber parties. Walnut Park never felt the same. Richard Allen was an outsider who came and took one of ours. He needs to rot in prison forevor.

I know someone serving 10 years for white collar crime. Here in Texas, after 7 years, they still deny parole saying that they are still a danger to society and could benefit from more time. Non violent first time offender. They were disbarred 2 years before the sentencing and will never be in a fiduciary position again- but too dangerous for Texas. In Texas if they don’t complete their death sentence they automatically get life without parole. They never ever, ever get paroled, ever.

What the hell do you think we've been doing?!? We tried recalling this psychopath THREE TIMES!!!! First, we "didn't have enough votes" even though the recall was accepted because we DID. Second, they gave us some BS about a lot of names and addresses "not being valid" when we were meticulous about having everything legit. Last time they claimed only 39% votes when we had 64% when we turned them in. Newsom is king and all of his cronies cheat for him and protect him. The owner of Panera Bread is his best friend and he uses his millions (your money if you patronize their business) to help Newsom out. All the elites are his buddies, including Hollywood. If you've got any ideas, come here and help! We've tried about everything to get rid of this Adolf Hitlery governor!!!
