I was about to say the exact same! And I love that he puts back the little ones, I know people who catch and cook who keep the little critters and just let them die, and he’s getting stuff for his father! He could of only got stuff for himself but he’s thoughtful. What a nice guy :)

@@someone3077 I have been hunting and fishing since I was a child; my father and grandfather both taught me extreme respect for the animals and fish that we killed for the family table. God in his infinite grace blessed us with creatures that have pure lives. We must never violate his gifts. I can see that this man truly understands this concept.

I grew up doing just this! On Cape Cod Massachusetts, Lobster, soft shelled clams, oysters, razor clam that cut you fingers right up and we have quahogs (hard shelled clams).

That’s the paradise……..I dream about…….we did that when we were kids……..now its a supermarket……..lobster is my wish…….anything from the sea is sweet…..just show some scenery………and eat and cook with others

Really good content. Found your garfish video a few days ago, they call them hornfisk here, they'll be here in the next month or so after the herring have been. I'd love to see a video on razor clams, it's on my list of things to catch and eat.

hell yeah done well mate nice selection of free food and i bet john was happy with his ormers .. its always nice to get out and on a old well known mark makes the forage easier if you know where to look .you should have kept that rubber egg and washed it and put in for jen to cook lmao .. take care dude keep well and safe

My fisherman friend told me that the sole fish was the only catch he’d eat as it’s the only fish without worms....delightful😀 but the sole were delicious. Those and North Sea prawns...oh man.
