Smokey CP In Duplainville

11 місяців томуCP 9556, and CP 8521 lead CPKC 255 west, in Duplainville WI. This train was doomed the second it left Bensenville IL. The second unit had dead battery's, and no fuel! It was also extremely heavy. It took ages for him to get here, as only the lead unit was running, and working hard! That's how CP runs trains. This unit also had a killer K3L, loved it!

From the moment the train departed, went through crossings, notch 8 and blowing horns, they were doomed. They had dead batteries And no gas. Lol. Cool to see a single locomotive pull another heavy locomotive plus a long train behind. It's no wonder why the lead locomotive was smoking quite a bit. Not something you see everyday.

Yea, it was really struggling. They stalled Elm Grove, took ages to get here.

@@SEWisconsinRailfan Wow! I can't imagine how fun it would be to see 2 of 3 elm grove crossings blocked by a stalled train. It really shows how extra power really makes a difference for a long train.
