Interesting that the mechanics apologize because they feel they are responsible for your race. I like that the 3 gents are accepted as part of the team, although of course there is a hint of compensation of youtube content for Black Falcon and Bilstein, but it feels like this could last. There were a couple of whiners in the onboard livestream, analysing laptimes and not getting a clue that code60's ruin laptimes. The bs stopped when the flag dropped. Guess they didn't understand how a "team" works... just glad they were not in the car... they probably wouldn't even make it to the actual nordschleife track, as they'd be too busy profusely japping on what happend to them on the gp-track. I loved seeing my fav youtubers do their stint, it was epic!

I watched the live onboard stream when the tyre blew up. It was really scary! Steve did an amazing job keeping the car straight and getting back to the pits in one piece, safe and sound. Congrats for the second race, you guys deserved it. Looking forward to the videos you hopefully will upload.

for very fast body panels repairs you could use some aluminum sheet metal and pop rivets, clearly much stronger than duct tape :)

More dangerous if it falls off the car and litters the track though. Tape doesn't really fall off the car if it's in another hit or takes more damage.

4:53 damn I was sitting on the Bilstein stands and focused on the spinning Konrad Lambo only that I didn't realise it was you guys evading it so closely. For context for other people, the Lambo driver wasn't a clown there, someone spilled coolant or oil short time before and several peopel spun on it and many almost lost the back of their car there, exciting 5 minutes for the first corner of the GP track before they put binder over it

Was it scary when that Lambo spun in front of you? It wasn't very high speed, but still close enough. Also, glad Steve managed to save that, tire blowout at 270km/h isnt great even in the greatest conditions
