About 1 kg pork loin

80ml olive oil, pour into a cold pan
½ tsp chili flakes
Peel of 1 lemon
8-10 garlic cloves
Fresh rosemary (1 tsp chopped rosemary)
100 g pancetta or bacon
Bacon (8-12 strips)
Add 1 teaspoon honey to the remaining garlic oil
potatoes
3 tsp garlic oil
Salt
Garlic powder
Fresh rosemary
Black pepper
A few lemon slices
