RECIPE:
Cucumber - 1.5 kg.
Carrot - 700 g.
Tomatoes (green) - 1.5 kg.
Garlic - 2 heads
Cauliflower - 1 kg.
Sweet pepper - 1 kg.
Hot peppers.
Corn - 3 pcs.
Horseradish leaves
Dill seeds.
Coriander seeds.
Black pepper.
Bay leaf.
Salt (coarse) - for each jar, 2 tsp.
Sugar - for each jar, 2 tsp.
Vinegar (70%) - 1 tsp for each jar
Boiling water.
