The best guided meditation ever !

In all my years nothing like this has ever happened to me in my entire life of living. I usually fall asleep listening to asmr videos, and while I'm asleep my phone will transition from video to video and I usually change it back to the video I was listening to when it does. It transitioned to a nice song I noticed, and I would normally have changed it, but something told me to leave it. It sounded so nice and I fell asleep very peacefully. I found myself in a dream, I havent been having too many that often, where I was driving. I eventually pull over and get to this area where I walk into this... room... a beautiful woman that took the form of Kate Siegel in appearance, was wearing a long white gown dress thing that went to her ankles. This being in this dream, I don't know how I knew but I knew right away that it was the Divine Mother as soon as I saw her. She welcomed me so warmly, as if shed seen me before, and the funny thing was I felt like I had seen her before in this same exact place... The black room we were in, wasnt painted black, it was more like a black expanse in space but somehow made into a room. In the center, a scrying table came up that she wanted to show me things inside of, one of which was my father in a field just farming and enjoying himself, and she wanted me to look at him (Ive been feeling I should call and check on him, its been a while). And though I forget a lot of the things the Divine Mother said to me, I remember them with my heart. Things that were meant to remind me that she was always here and didnt ever leave me... She was always smiling... She didnt need to hold me once the entire time I was there, but the entire time I somehow felt held and completely embraced. My actual biological mother wasnt around growing up and was emotionally available, so my mother wounds have always run really deep. Lately I've isolated myself from God, spirit, love, because I went through too much betrayal in my personal relationships and I just completely shut down and emotionally isolated myself from Source. I havent felt so connected as I am now since seeing her... Or reconnected I should say. As I was here in this place, and she was walking around doing things in other areas, to nurture me, for the first time in over a year, I started crying. My hardened heart started to cry for the first time in over a year... Meanwhile she was at a countertop made out of the same room/starspace stuff the table was made out of, preparing some kind of goodie bag filled with things to improve my health and help me heal, like stuff to take with me to the gym, and even funny little quotes to say to people when theyre trying to disturb my peace 😂. While she was doing this I just kept crying so hard from deep within my heart chakra, like a releasing kind of crying from the heart. I was telling her while she was working that I was sorry for crying and that I just missed her so so so so so so much and couldnt help myself. Obviously, she didnt mind or respond, because she was somehow present with me the entire time while she was working and making me this goodie bag. I've been up for 20 minutes or so now and I still feel so held and loved by her like she had never left and I'm just remembering that it was always like this. I feel so held even now its almost overwhelming. I'm still crying as I write this and feel held by her even now. I've always had the deepest mother wound because my own bio mother was never around but always partying and doing drugs and stuff. I never knew how much Divine Mother was trying to be there for me through this entire time, anf always was, I just couldn't see her because I'd shut her out. As soon as I woke up I came here to share this, because the entire time I was in there with her this music was playing. Thank you so much to whoever made this and shared this, this honestly has changed my life. I'm really going to try hard to reconnect with my heart and heal to forgive others as I've been called to do. Forgiveness has always been my hardest and deepest life lesson. I've never felt so nurtured in my entire life, I can't believe how long I've remained without being in contact with her. I love you all so much, please be safe and loving on your journies. Be loving, considerate and kind to each other at all times always. Remember we are all meant to be here, and each of us are a brother and sister, connected one to another for eternity in one single glorious existence. 💞💖💗💓

Me quedé dormida escuchando un podcast sobre meditación y coherencia cerebro/corazón. Un par de horas más tarde me he despertado llorando desconsoladamente, muy afligida y con mucho sentimiento de culpa y soledad. Llevaba escuchando este podscat durantee dos horas,no sé cómo....supongo que habrá saltado automáticamente o ha sido por casualidad....? He seguido llorando durante mucho rato pero sin dejar de escucharlo....algo ha pasado en mi corazón...😮 He sentido una paz maravillosa, ha calmado al loco que tenia en ese momento en mi cabeza y mi corazón ha explotado con un sentimiento de amor y compasión extraordinario. Por supuesto,he seguido llorando pero por una energía totalmente diferente. Gracias por poneros en mi camino...pero acabáis de calmar mi mente,mi corazón y sobre todo mi alma se ha llenado.
