I am currently playing this music to assist a little young person go to sleep. This young person has been through so much trauma as a child and night time is a trigger. I have 2 baby boys ❤,the big one he’s age 1 year , the second small baby 2 months….. I can’t sleep all night, day , I m so tired….. of my life, I mean I don’t have power anymore, I didn’t sleep 2 months for reall ….. I slept a day 3-4 hours……. Ask for help. There is no shame in asking for help so you can sleep and do self care. Even ask your obgyn for home health nurse. Or family member, maybe church friend another mother, etc
