Hey Lyss. At some point, it’s good to sit and have a good talk with the inner self. More of a coffee talk than a wine talk. It can take awhile, so be patient and kind. But the goal is to get past things and get to a truth about the course of your life. Sometimes the realizations are subtle, but when there is constant turmoil, the issues may take more strength to understand. We may carry an image of ourselves, that does not resemble our capabilities, or our willingness to work for,… or an image that satisfies someone else, not ourselves. I’ve had this internal conversation more than once in my long life (Rock guitar legend was just not going to happen. Ha!) And I’ve come to understand that our outer selves can be belligerent, even when confused and very stubborn. So getting to that truthfulness can be a challenge. The point is to get life headed in the right… or righter direction, so failure or heartache does not waste one moment of your precious life. Sometimes life can become very different when you get to this truth, but it can also bring peace. Safe travels. ✌🏼
