This packaging deserves universal praise. Please do not ask for more trash for you to throw away. If you are "buying an unboxing experience" you are throwing money away that could have gone into the product. This is unambiguously an excellent packaging choice.

Great review! My most important factors when deciding on earbuds is comfort, case size, and sound quality. This is why I would normally carry my Buds Live over the XM3s. The case was much smaller, and they were more comfortable for me. I just got my XM4s yesterday and I think they will replace my Buds Live as my most used earbuds. Thanks for the video!

You and floss seem to be the only two on UKposts who aren't reading from the same note card complaining about the name. 😂. These have officially replaced the pixel buds as my daily headphones. I'm hoping multi point connection comes with a future update but definitely not holding my breath. At first I was thinking I'd hate the ear tips...but I tried using some silicone tips and they didn't feel as secure so I put the foam back on and I got used to them. 😂. I use the assistant to switch between ambient mode and noise cancelling so I can have volume control as well. It even works with hey Google. Unfortunately that means I can't use either bud individually for some reason. Only the right works out of the case with the assistant. Your eq settings are just like mine. 😂

I love my pair. My old XM3 did fall off various times. I do like the fit of the new set and having Qi wireless charging is the cherry on top of my purchase.

Use the large tips no matter what. They are the most comfortable because they stuff your canal like a soft Marshmellow and don't allow the buds to irritate the ear from slight movement. They even allow them to stick out a little further so they don't touch

At 10:55 in ambient sound control can you change the “tap” so you can cycle through all three modes including “off” I’d like to be able to use off without pulling out my phone and opening the app.

I'm on my second pair of wf xm4's. The first pair I was not impressed with the ANC. Especially compared to my gen one wi 1000x. Also those poly foam tips that come with the wf xm4's began to hurt my inner part of my ears(the pain lasted 5 days after I stopped using them). I returned them and got the Bose quiet comfort. Loved the wing tips and they were more quiet with ANC than the wf xm4. Main problem with the Bose QC is that you cannot use the left bud by itself(unless you have the case open, weird). Now I had the same issue with the wf xm4's, the work around for them is turning off the Google assistant(kinda lame because I use my assistant a lot). Also the Bose app('s?) suck. On to my second pair of wf xm4's from the Bose QC, and I'm enjoying them a lot more. I had a revelation and decided to just use the tips that came with my wi 1000x's so my inner ears don't hurt. I might try the poly foam ones again and use the trick that this guy said and squeeze the foam before putting them into my ear.

I own these and I can attest to the sound and anc, but the only thing that bugs me is that when you assign a voice assistant to the earbuds you are no longer able to hot swap the earbuds.

These are really good sounding buds and I like the small case size but not for my ears they are uncomfortable with in 15mins

Foam tips offer superior audio quality. But then adding that little bit of silicone prob makes them last longer. As foam tips need to be replaced every so often as they get too squishy. Great review

I was waiting for three buds for my personal use first one was Galaxy buds Pro didn't buy because all features don't work with iOS then waited for XM4, now these have no Multipoint connect and the call quality isn't up to the mark, and some little issues Now I have to wait for a long time for apple stemless buds, It gonna be a long time...

I purchased these as soon as they dropped ,They make you feel like you're in a personal bubble , the noose canceling is a pretty dope feature tbh, and ambient sound to me is the best feature feels like you don't have them on

I find it funny how in the package it says "Made for Iphone" but it has Alexa and Google assistant, but not Siri. I also find it to work very good in my S21U.

I'm really torn between this and the Sennheiser TW2. ANC is important to me, but sound quality is more important. I like my sound with wide soundstage, warm sounding, not too bassy.
