Cheesy, funny, ridiculous and still better than some Hollywood movies. I'm sure everyone involved in making the movie had fun.

A fun romp in outer space with a lot of fun characters. I was entertained and I could ask for nothing more. Glad I found it.

Altogether a very enjoyable flick. Acting and special effects above average, not an overwhelming plot but still worth following. Hopefully this group will come up with some more...not a sequel, but some more entertaining sc-fi drama.

You know what? I was about to quit seeing that first scene but by reading this comments i decided to watch for and guess what? I enjoyed it. Really nice. Lesson learned:- never judge a book by its cover.

It is fun to watch, I recommend it, even if it is a low budget movie.

This looks like a pilot. Michael Pare has been around a long time and he's aging pretty well. He's certainly no worse than sci fi celebs who are getting paid a lot more to do series. Blonde daughter and a manic pixie scientist make up a nice mix. They would have to come up with more enemies and maybe a nemesis or two, and an ongoing story arc in opposition to the "powers that be" but it's got most of the points already set. If it was a pilot they could come up with another young male/loose cannon kind of character. Andromeda was mostly Sorbo and his babes by the third season, but it had a good start. Nicely done, the script was tolerable with a few laughs, the fight scenes at the end went on three times too long, the ending had a nice touch or two, sfx were as expected for a low budget B flic. Defs worth a second spin. Fun.

Gotta admire their attention to detail: around, like, 28:45, when good guy/hero/cooldad dude+dot get surrounded, the enemy bad-guy mini space buggies actually begin to GROWL - I never woulda thought of that.

Really a true feeling of an eighties sci-fi movie : a bit of space opera, a bit of Dune, a bit of... well you gona try it !

It was actually pretty good.

Better than most "Original" movies on Netflix and Amazon. Some of the acting is pretty bad but no worse than any others I have watched. Over all it was a good movie, I enjoyed watching it.

That was kinda fun. I don't know if I would have paid to watch it but it really was kinda fun. 😄

Wow! I really enjoyed the movie! The actors were very good and the little woman is a doll! Anyway no cursing no gore but I had to see it all. The fight scenes at the end were brutal? But it shows how hate and revenge overtakes human self control and leads to murder. Overall the props ships, and space props were very good I think a lot of work went into this movie, even the monsters were varied and thank you and those who worked hard to create the monsters which were not cgi. 2 thumbs up…..again, great acting and fun!

Definitely a Great movie. I've always been a Fan of Michael Pare 👍 Two critiques: the lines were a little slow in delivery at certain clips. Then the 2 fight scenes at the end were way too long. Of course I'd watch out again ... Michael Pare is in it, right 👍👍👍

Fantastic! A fabulous 90 minutes of entertainment. Its perfection is its simplicity. It's not brilliant, it's fun. It's not an attempt at an award, it's not checking off the woke boxes, it's not a production that had studio executives micromanaging every step. It's simply 90 minutes of escapism and that's rare these days.

The movie had it's moments both good and bad. Overall, i was entertained and that's what movies are for. Thanks for posting.

This movie is better than what MOST critics consider 'film' these days, sad commentary. However, it's a kick to the nuts of HOLLYWOOD, and THAT friends is a great thing!

Yeah it won't win an Oscar but its good fun and not badly made , I enjoyed it loads and not everything has to be serious , if you want a good bit a fun love space adventure then this is for you

Low budget but entertaining if you are not an overthinker.

Surprisingly not awful. I was ready for some MST3K level stuff and this really wasn't half bad. We're not talking Oscar bait or anything, but it's fine for what it is. It's on a strange middle ground. Not bad enough to be good, not good enough to be bad. It's middle-of-the-road competent.

Wow! 90 minutes of action and fun that whizzed by. Don't be fooled into thinking this is a crappy B-movie, it's better than many a high budget production. Great entertainment.
