Do you know that goblin came after Octavius. If we closely look in the trailer we can see that there are some destruction before the bomb of goblin falls and we can assume that it is from the battle between Dr.Octavius and Peter Parker. I don't know how many of you noticed, but there we can see the changes

I was going to say, because in the comics and in other Marvel properties that use Dr. Strange, the Eye of Agamotto itself produces much magical power, in fact (unless I am mistaken), in those same Marvel properties, he has to activate the Eye to use his magic.

my take is that Peter got transferred to a different universe and that universe's Spiderman is currently fighting the Sinister 6, and a universe where Peter is not exposed to the public. So now that things got bad, Peter can't go back, *Thus the title "No way Home"* it could also explain why Strange's attitude suddenly went sour, because it's also a different Strange now.

Strange planned the whole thing and sees everything that’s going on through his own magic but only up until a certain point, almost like Kang or The Ancient One. But he knew Peters dumb wishes could help him explore the multiverse more, so he agreed because it would help Peter grow as a person and hero and prepare them to fight a bigger threat.

It's Doctor Strange, everything he does has a meaning. He gave time stone to Thanos so that Endgame happened the way it should've happened. So if he helps Peter with something and messes it up, he knows what he's doing.

Whenever Dr. Strange casts spells, it usually has a staticky/unevenness to it, because his hands are always shaking due to his accident. While in this trailer, the yellow lines he casts are perfectly smooth. Maybe a continuity error, but maybe a little detail that he isn't really Dr. Strange.

Thanks for the input. I heard today Charlie Cox will be in it. He deserves it with the excellent acting he gave us in the Netflix Daredevil. Btw, those halloween decorations look like Vampires with witches hats. Doctor strange's cape would be perfect for a dracula. Perhaps Blade may make a Cameo or Dracula, or the NightStalkers :)

Random Thought: What if this Dr. Strange is actually an “evil” version from an alternate reality, using Peter as a gateway to open the door for other multiversal villains / beings (for an alliance or simply using them for his own benefit). Then, Multiverse of Madness would feature both Our Dr. Strange and “Dr. Stranger”, with one of them enlisting to aid of Wanda.

The difference is Tony willingly said it and he faced the consequences to it, but Peter's identity was blown by JJJ and Mysterio pinned his murder on Peter, so now Peter's seen as a villain in the eyes of the public, because they don't know the whole story.
