I was so surprised to hear this play throughout Splatsville out of nowhere once the fest ended, completely caught me off guard in the best way possible. Honestly sounds like it could have been a Credits theme. Beautiful.

Listening to this in the plaza will be such a nice way to wind down after Splatfest. Before going straight from Splatfest to daytime silence had the energy of blacking out at a party and waking up in a pile of trash.

I love this song, it kinda reminds me of into the light by Off the Hook but more calm. Thank Nintendo for making such a great and fun game now all this game needs is a Splatoon movie or anime series. And I can’t wait for side order:)

1:44 that instrument is called a sho, and it's a main instrument of Gagaku (Japanese court music). I never would have expected Splatoon to sample/use this instrument, but I should have known better! Their experimentation knows no bounds and I love it

It feels like this is a Reward from Nintendo celebrating Splatoon 3 1st Anniversary and i love it so much to my heart!

It was really sweet to hear this througy Splatsville with none of the other normal ambience, like. Grizzco wasnt blasting its music, none of the shops were, and there wasmt that chanting song playing by the tableturf area/back alleys. It was such a nice change if pace from the loud and brutal splatfest. The only thing that would have made it better is if the sky was darker with an orange glow, kind of like a sunrise to transition us out of the splatfest night. Seriously chilling way to cap off the anniversary fest :')

This song is perfect. After all the chaos, screaming about who is better and literal threats, the calm as the morning sun rises. Hearing this in all of Splatsville was just so nice. Amazing job SRL and Nintendo! Thanks for bringing us such a fun game!

The trio is still friends after the fest, this'll probably effect side order but regardless they're STILL FRIENDS despite the fest aftermath. Remember Team Frye and Big Man it's all in good fun, that's what Splatfests are for! So GGs, drink some water and take care of yourselves cause yall grinded hard 🤝🏾

Initially I was really really sour at the loss (I was on Team Frye!) Shiver’s staggering victories initially came off as discouraging and I encountered some nasties now and then on all teams… But to hear this song means a lot. It shows that despite the numbers and results, the three of them are the bestest of friends until the end. I wanna apply this same mentality to my experience playing in this fest. Despite my losses, I still love this game and every experience I had with other players: Good and bad! I’m so honored to be able to participate in this splat fest. I’ll gladly take any loss that comes my way, and keep loving this game as I always had since the first.

Such a lovely blend of traditional insturments and vocals. All the Deep Cut art has been a great anniversary gift too! I WISH we had sunrises like this in the game after splatfests because it would set the perfect atmosphere after the long nights battling. We already have the sunset for sneak peek so I wonder why not? Also, the funniest part is that this isnt't even the full song but that just entices you more to listen to it in the jukebox while playing the game

Nintendo, this song was such a surprise to hear in the plaza, like a calm after the storm that was the splatfest. It felt so calming hearing this music play in the plaza after all the hectic but exciting splatfest battles. I was genuinely a bit sad but it wasn't out of sorrow it was out of joy in a weird way. Like a parent or a loved one coming to comfort and soothe you. in a way this song, to me, felt like Deep Cut was telling us "everything would be okay" that "you tried your best and that's all that matters, take some time to just relax and enjoy being in the moment" I know most people probably went back to playing whatever mode they were playing before the splatfest but I just sat in the hub wandering around and taking everything in; how everything was getting packed up by the Jellyfish, the amount of Jellyfish in the plaza square wandering around adter the Splatfest, going around and seeing how the other Inklings and Octolings continued life as normal. It was nice.

This majestic piece of music tells you that no matter what happened or who the winning team is in the Splatfest, we're here to have a fresh time as friends.

Just gonna write this in case future me stumbles back here again. I just gotta say, this music was so surreal. When I played this game for the first time, it was during the Splatoween Splatfest. So, when it ended and everything went back to normal, hearing this song felt like a wave nostalgia, even for a game I just played, alongside a calling for like a 'new' adventure following the closing of the last one. I'll never forget that calming peace that this song gave me after the shock of realizing the Splatfest had ended. In other words, thanks to everyone who worked on this game from the composition to the design and more. You've all done an amazing job and I can't wait to see what comes next!

Team Shiver member here, I'd like to say all of you put up such an amazing fight! I'll be honest, I thought Team Frye was going to win and that just goes to show how good of a fight you all put up. Getting off of the last match of the splatfest and changing into my normal gear, only to realize that this was playing in splatsville in the background a few seconds later was a magical experience, splatoon will always have amazing music, but this felt truly special.

Still amazing to this day

this song made me realize how sad i’m gonna be when the last splatfest is over. i know it’s like a year from now, but man i know i’m gonna be super emotional. splatoon 3 was my first splatoon game in general, and it has been such a fun ride so far. it got me super invested in the splatoon lore, i ended up playing splatoon 1 and 2, and i made some new friends through tournaments. i mean, it was my first online game in general, but i’m super grateful that i get to have such a good time with this game! thanks nintendo :)

Why do I get emotional after a Splatfest is over and I hear this in the town?

With the Deep Cut Splatfest done and Off the Hook set to return after Side Order there's a good chance the final Splatfest of 3 will be which group is best. It'll be interesting to see how the popularity vote goes since the Squid Sisters and Off the Hook will have nostalgia on their sides while Deep Cut has its absurd number of Shiver stans and first timers.

As someone who sided with Team Big Man, I accept Shiver as the official leader. Hope it leads to interesting plot developments for Deep Cut. This Splatfest was a blast, and this game helped me meet new friends and grow as a content creator over the past year (even if it wasn't a whole lot, it still means something to me). Looking forward to the next year and beyond.
