Hello, this is Sisletter Joy.☺️
How is the weather where you are these days? This place where I live has become quite springy.
As the days get warmer, I feel better and my body seems to have more energy.
So, in today's video, I cleaned the top of the sink and cleaned the dirty windows as well as reorganizing the house for spring.
This is the story of my daily life these days, tidying up the house in small daily life, making and eating tangerine greens and ssambap.😉
The strong soybean paste recipe is detailed below, so it would be nice to refer to it.
Spring really goes by so quickly. I hope you enjoy the few remaining spring days and have a happy day.💛
Thank you for being with us today :)
📝 Strong Soybean Paste Recipe
Prepared vegetables: 1/2 zucchini, 1/2 onion, 1-2 red peppers, 3 shiitake mushrooms, green onion, tofu
1. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
2. Fry the onion first with 1T of sesame oil and 1/2T of minced garlic.
3. When the onion is a little transparent, stir-fry the zucchini. (The texture is good later if you don't stir-fry it too much.)
4. Add 2T of dashi water, 2T of soybean paste, and 1T of red pepper paste, stir-fry a little more, then add about 100-150ml of water and boil.
5. When it starts boiling, add red pepper, shiitake mushrooms, and 1T sugar.
6. Lastly, add tofu and green onion and boil for another minute.😊
