I like your combination. Our needs are different (I’m not a Hunter) so, I do this a little different. For one, I only keep food items in my cook pot. (Spices, seasonings, coffee/tea/cocoa, utensils, spatula head, I have a separate fire kit and medical kit. I’ve got a cheap morakniv in my pack mostly for cooking (or “clean” cutting). Btw, love the scrub pad idea. Not only stops the rattle but imminently practical in the cooling realm. May have to look into those little cook stove. Good mid hike cooking option. Thanks for sharing this. I try to get new ideas from every video like this I watch.

Thank you for commenting and watching my video! I really appreciate it! I understand what your saying about how your kit is set up differently than mine for your application. I knw you mentioned that you carry food items in your kit, well Stanley made a adventure cook and store set. It comes with a good sized container for one person and three little 1 oz containers for spices and things. Unfortunately they don’t make it anymore but I bet you could find a NOS on eBay. It might be just what your looking for. Anyway thank you again! Take care and stay safe! PA

The cut down brillo pad inside the ozark trails GSI cup is good. It's also good, always, to have cordage. You need help on the rest of it. Here's what I do. I put the small gas cannister upside down into the stanley cup. I use a small mini bic lighter. I use a small BRS 3000 titanium stove, not the beast you have. I have a pair of hot lips for drinking out of a hot mug. I have part of a bandana used as a pot gripper or wash cloth. I nest the stanley cup into the GSO or ozark trails cup with a small bit of brillo pad and also aluminum foil inside the ozark trails cup. I fill the rest up with hot cocoa or cup of soup packets or whatever you can get inside of the stanley cup. Thats it. You're on the right track just lagging behind the rest of the world by about 7 years. Dump the large cannister of gas. Dump the CRT steel spork. Get a lighter weight stove and be very selective what you put in the kit. You should be able to get all of a cook kit inside the stanley cup and ozark trails cup. It will take less space and be lighter if you do these things. Maybe you should watch a few other stanley cup videos in the future before you make and post a video that I find so basic and remedial that it almost is silly. We're all on level 95 and this video is about level 3. I am glad you are learning and trying new things, however. You are also correct if you ask me who made me the youtube content police. I'm not but I also not the one who looks foolish due to his lack of knowledge about things before he posts onto UKposts. Good Luck to you.

So many unboxing/reviews of the Stanley Adventure Pot on UKposts made by UKpostsrs who are fascinated by toys that are new to them. We all know about it. This video was beyond boring. And you left out items that would be needed to use this setup -- doubtless because you have never actually used the Stanley Adventure Pot in the field at the time of this recording. For example, a windscreen is needed, but it shouldn't deflect heat onto the fuel canister. A MSR folding canister stabilizing base would fit into the pot. In fact, I can fit two smaller MSR fuel canisters (Up-side-down) in the pot along with a BRS 3000 burner, a bic lighter, a folding stabilizing base and small clean up sponge.
