I work at an animal shelter. When we had COVID, lots of people adopted animals. When COVID was over and people wanted to get out on long vacations and didn't want to pay for boarding their pets, a lot of them returned them to us. The look on some animals' faces as they were being abandoned by their owners was heart-breaking.

Obviously ticket but story was focus on cat so the officer didn't look bad writing it. I mean cmon she said pulled over for speeding. Who gets a warning anymore.. Haven't you watched Fridays with frank. 😂

Just was pulled over in Minnehaha County right by MN boarder. Officer removed me from my car and pressured me to unlawful searches without probable cause. Total violation of my rights. Add SD to the list of states to avoid at all costs.
