I've cut hair for 40 years and can not for the life of me understand what she doing to her hair

I figured 78-80. With her long hair, she looks like someone living on the streets. Maybe she has Alzheimer's and thinks she's young. God bless her. This is so sad!

Oh my !! That is short. My hair is to my waist. I've always battled with hair stylist. They want to go short. I didn't want short. If I had of went that short you might have just shaved my head !! I am soon to be 73 years old Poor lady. I even felt worse for her when I read she didn't want hers too short. 😢. God bless you sweet lady. ❤
