@@Godzirra-San Yeah when lightning strikes twice in a late bloomer like Hakeem and then Embiid, two former soccer players, you have to think that soccer fundamentals have some relevance in basketball. The mechanics of shooting and kicking are completely different, so soccer doesn't help at all there (I play both). But in terms of the movement, how you dribble, pivot etc. there is some overlap. I suppose in terms of the 'shooting' the overlap might be in spin. In football you tend to spin the ball from the outside, whereas in basketball you would tend to spin it through its axis, but understanding the physics of spin and weight is something that can be carried over. and then another one might be the team dynamics.
