In 2019 there was a point right before the playoffs , take way RPOs and Screens to Travis ETN, T law stats was 980 yards , 48% completion , 7 picks and 9 touchdowns 💀💀💀💀. They don’t wanna tell you that tho? Ever noticed they always go total touchdowns for trevor because he’s never thrown 40+ touchdowns in a season like Tua , Burrow , Justin feilds , Baker , Kyler , Mac jones, and hella other QBS. Just saying tua has 90 career touchdowns in 1 and half season starting pretty much, tua only had 11 touchdowns as a freshman and threw 44 and 34 touchdowns the next year and a half. Trevor took over game 4 of his freshman. year and has the same amount just putting it in perspective. Baker has 130 touchdowns as a full 3 year started to compare....... t law overhyped

That's why you should go to the NFL Network and look at those mocks. Bucky Brooks last mock(when MIA still had 3) the top 3 was 1.Lawrence 2. Sewell 3. Chase. That is a more reasonable top 3 then only QBs in the top 3. Again 22 QBs taken from 09-16. 0 are with their original team, and half are out of the league.

But I haven't read too much about the Lion's new coach and if he wants his guys vs using a serviceable QB like Goff. I couldn't take the mock draft seriously the moment I saw Mac Jones at #3. Am I missing something how is he a top 10 pick? I look at him and he just seems a lot like Kirk Cousins or Andy Dalton. Not bad players can start for a good amount of teams but the arm strength is limited and doesn’t have much mobility. Yes, Mac had impressive stats but he also had elite weapons and excellent O-Line.

Any offensive coordinator will tell you that if they have pieces and better players at every position versus what's on the opposite side of the ball then they can install a full offense regardless of quarterback. when you lack the pieces around the quarterback it is much harder to install the full offense.
