North Dakota State (one of the best FCS teams) @ Nebraska @ Colorado State @ Arizona Utah Baylor Oklahoma State Kansas State Cincinnati @ Kansas @ Texas Tech @ UCF that’s a fairly decent schedule. they’d be favored in 7 of their games. much easier than the loaded pac-12. if deion doesn’t go bowl eligible next year the media needs to stop talking about him until he starts winning

As someone from the PNW I watched the Oregon game and was embarrassed for Colorado. Then I watched the Husky game and was embarrassed for them all over again. They looked like a high school team. I think their offense is explosive, but in terms of defense they might as well just put 11 mannequins on the field. Prime needs to decide defense matters if he wants to win. "The best defense is a good offense" is a philosophy that just won't cut it in the PAC-12. I think they'll get recruits and improve next year.

Also I am freaking sick of Stephen A Smith just hating the State of Colorado because its not warm here and he cant adapt well with the elevation. CU was not always a terrible school and unlike A&M they have a National Championship and several bowl game wins in their history. What Deion Sanders found out no matter where he goes yes he can recruit but at the same time its proven now you cannot win automatically by winning the transfer portal alone. You have to be able to develop 2 and 3 star players into potential 4 and 5 star players to have sustained success. This year was a building block for him. He can absolutely win but he found out that the step up in competition was significant even compared to what he thought.

Deion never wanted to do the physical gritty bit, when he played.... aka, never saw a tackle he wouldn't pass on (man could INT like a champ tho), so is it really any surprise that his teams fail miserably on the physicality side? And with the amount he likes to talk about himself, is it any wonder his team lacked real discipline? The questions people need to ask are... we know he is going to be there next season, the Transfer Portal would leave Shedeur & Shiloh on the bench next season if he ran to say, Texas A&M, so we know that ain't happening. But once they leave College? You really think he ain't gonna ump to the next big thing? The Man has ALWAYS been the ultimate mercenary.. seeking the glory, not staying ANYWHERE for the hard work. I think Prime is a exceptional coach from a foundation standpoint but at the same time when he saw that his offensive line was getting dominated game in and game out he did absolutely nothing to help them out. I cant tell you how many countless times they went into shotgun with 5 wide. They ran few plays with Tight End help whether it be I formation, 2 Tight End sets. Not just from a blocking scheme either they did not use their Tight Ends nearly enough in the passing game. They did nothing whatsoever to adapt to the weakness of the Offense and as result Shedeur was getting killed all year. It was infuriating that they relied so heavily on 4 and 5 receiver plays.
