He could get help with a heroin substitute speaking from experience worked for me 3 years clean myself i just decided that I wanted to change and took action but yeah I would of been poorly withdrawing if it wasn't for the substitute subscribed from the doctor

@@neilmuir3295 that’s probably the low end. Addicts tend to lie a lot, I’m sure it’s much more than that depending on what money he finds for the day. Regardless, both are hard. Getting off and staying off. To me though, getting off was the hardest. Once the withdrawals are done it’s easier each day.
