I've been dying to know what this song is for years! Lol haven't heard it anywhere and the old mix cd my dad made that had this on it is lost. Google has a feature where you can sing or hum or even whistle a tune to find it and I whistled the chorus and BAM found it again.

At his Desert Rose concert at Santa Barbara Bowl, (years ago) he pulled a young lady from the audience that proceeded to do a sort of belly dance to this song. She had been holding up a sign that I couldn't read, maybe something about dancing. Anyway..it was epic and you could tell she was beyond,thrilled.
