Stray kids are literally one of the best 3rd generation groups. •they sing about mental health • they produce and write their own music • they went to a pride parade • they are generally open and loving to everyone. • they produce good music with good messages • and they are completely different from all other groups. I haven’t seen any 3rd generation boy group with a concept like stray kids’. •also a plus it that they are actually really funny. No other group (other than got7) makes me wheeze on the floor like I can’t breathe like they do.

THEORY TIME! 2:15 in the screen Woojin is working on, in the down-left corner, you can read "ipsum - nosce - cura". For those who are not familiar with latin, Ipsum means "myself" and nosce is "to know", and both word are part of a famous saying that says "nosce te ipsum" -> get to know yourself. It kinda makes sense to me since the title is "I am (not)". But there is actually more and this literally made me scream bcause it looks like a coincidence but idk??? That saying, "Nosce te ipsum", is just a part... the full sentence goes "Nosce te ipsum, vince te ipsum, vive tibi ipsi, sic eris FELIX" and translated is "get to know yourself, win yourself, live for yourself so that you can be happy (felix). This is absolutely stunning. Not only is it very well filmed, but the message it's trying to send over this big metaphor of a "glitched" society is absolute genius. Imagine how many things you could say through the metaphor of bugs/glitches in systems, and how the computer (or society in this case) are all trained and programmed to do this and to do that. Imagine how they could portray the bugs/glitches in the system as abnormal and defective, thus wiping them out to keep the system good. The list goes on and on. Love Stray Kids and their work already, can't wait to see more of them in the future. Stray Kids fighting!! 💪❤️

I love Stray Kids and am looking forward to their debut a lot. Stray Kids lyrics are very articulate in expressing their thoughts especially Chan, Changbin and Jisung. I think that's their strength. And to those complaining: There is no such thing as an original concept, only an original interpretation. Concepts get reused because art only has one source of inspiration---real life. We'd have to dive back millenia to the earliest epics to find the original teen rebellion trope. Lol. So yeah. Let it go, guys. I'm multifandom and I enjoy how every group I stan have different interpretations of youth, love, angst, etc. I'm excited to see how Stray Kids' interpretation would turn out.
