In 1987 (I was 25) I first heard the outrageously brilliant song 'Calling on You'. In 2020 (I'm now 58) I'm still listening to Styper. Thank you and God Bless 🙏

Michael & Oz are hands' down the most underrated, underappreciated guitar tandem in rock/ metal music today, perhaps 'of all time'. This album rocks start to finish. Just spectacular! Going tune for tune, no 'filler' to be heard, IMO it is Stryper's best recording to date. Also likely the absolute best produced rock/ metal album I have ever heard.

Great for your post, but i disagree with Michael and Oz being underrated in the music industry. They are very respected by many artists and actors big to small and christian or not. They have been around for over 37 yrs and still one of the most productive bands out their. They got alot of respect! Rock n Roll!

How can a band of this vintage continue to get better, stronger and heavier? Sounding better than ever! Saw these guys last week in Adelaide, and I can safely say that they sound even better live now than when I first saw them in the 80's. There's very few bands that can do that.

Been a fan since 87 but the last 4 albums have put Stryper at the top of my favorites list. Just crazy good. And Michaels solo and side project albums are too! ETDB is their best album in my opinion. God bless Stryper!

The Yellow and Black Attack has been my favorite Stryper album. SUC was my 2nd favorite. I think after several listens that this album is as good and with the other 2 make my top 3 Stryper albums!! This is a fantastic album!!

I like the drum sound in “Fallen” better, it’s a fatter more resonant snare sound, like on “Yahweh” for example. Still, this album is already a classic.

I've been a huge Stryper fan for years, and much respect to Robert but for me the drumming is the only thing lacking in their new music. With the addition of a new drummer who can bring an element of today's advanced technique and skill to their new music, it would put Stryper in a whole nother level from what they are at right now and they are doing good.

I’m so impressed and inspired by this latest reinvention. Stryper has been a staple in my life force since the 80’s as a teen and young father. My kids grew up with truck subs behind the couchs blasting Stryper and Barren Cross and all the greats of that age. You guys are an inspiration and I’m right now finding more of your newer music that I can connect with. Losing ourselves in the service of others is the secret to the whole mystery of the kingdom along with the melting down of the 650+ mosaic laws into two simple commandments of love, relationships and respect to the one who we were directed to pray to by the man, Jesus himself. Just remember Jesus is NOT his own mediator/(LOL) he’s the mediator between us and our mutual Heavenly Father. Just sayin… some things need to stop and praying to Jesus in his own name is really 80’s insanity… getting /gotten old. Lol sorry I just can’t stop. Lord have mercy on us as we continue to WORK out our salvation with fear and trembling. ;) ACTS of LOVE is EXPECTED of CHILDREN and JOINT HEIRS with CHRIST. Peace

First got into Stryper in 1986. Had the first 5 releases. Then Grunge came along. I didn't know they had been releasing new albums until about 2 years ago when I saw the videos for Take it to the Cross, and The Valley. I thought they were really good songs but didn't buy the cd. I was reading reviews of Even the devil Believes, and decided to buy it, and the previous 5 albums. Stryper just keeps putting out great music with a great message. I hope they keep going as long as they can, I salute you guys on continuing an amazing musical career, and for such great new music.

Love Stryper since I was 12 -13 and still do at 45. So glad their still together and making great music like this. Robert was my hero since I'm into drums..still can't get over that massive pearl kit with hanging cymbals...just blew my mind at that age.
