Yes this is an entire essay on this one video. So you might be wondering, "How is this dude going to write an entire essay on a Toy Chica edit?" Well I'm definitely going to stretch things here and there, but I will do it. An entire 4 paragraph essay. This essay will cover multiple facets of this video. Before I start my essay on why this video is a perfect video, I want to shout out the creator Super Elon for making this masterpiece. 1. Color goes a long way in making a video aesthetically pleasing. The color in this video is amazing. The vibrant, saturated, and exposed colors really attract the eyes. They never take focus away from the center (Jams' Toy Chica). The tones are going for a cutesy and hyper feel. The bright hot pinks, baby blues, and lush greens are very pleasing and comforting. And in the second loop, the pastel color palette brings in a more soothing feeling. The color is just spectacular. 2. Visuals are key in edits. The visuals in this video are busy, but not too busy. The background pictures are something you wouldn't notice until a second viewing. The wide shots where Jams' Toy Chica is dancing aren't just empty voids, but have an actual platform for her to stand on. On certain shots, words can be seen scrolling in the background, like side view, she's cute (understatement), sleep zzz, yes, no, don't lewd Toy Chica (a rule we shall not follow), and good boy(Toy Chica please baby me). It never feels like a shot is on screen for too long or for too little. There's a great constant source of movement to prevent boredom. Elon really outdid himself with these visuals. 3. You might think there's not too much to talk about in the sound department (which is where you're wrong). The song choice is Love Taste, which is hyperpop-ish and fits with the energetic tone. The quick little zoom-ins are always on beat with the 808s in the song. When the rap section kicks off, the visuals get more sporadic, wild, and aggressive. When most of the instruments are taken away (like in the first and last section of the video), the movements slow down. There's even one section where it looks like Jams' Toy Chica is singing along. Love Taste is just a great song and fits this video's tone. 4. The expressions and animations in this video are the best. Jams' Toy Chica is so expressive and full of life, Elon manages to convey her personality with no words. She's a tease, a little shy, playful, h o r n y, a jokester, and cutesy. The animation in this video never feels stiff at all. The rubbery movements and quick sharp movements don't clash. And if you have a keen eye, you can notice the night guard is in a few shots. I just love this style of animation and Elin has shown a mastery of expression through body language. 5. (Conclusion) This is definitely my favorite edit I've ever seen. The song, the visuals, the mood, just everything is on point. It provides pretty much everything. Humor, aesthetically pleasing visuals, a good song, a lot of energy, a little dirty (which we horny people appreciate), and cuteness which is always appreciated. Thanks Super Elon for making this work of art, and thank you Jams 3D for providing the necessary tools. I look forward to Super Elon's future works. :)
