Sterling Quinn, Marissa Herbert, Allison Hager and Anika Hartje are all victims of the sucker-punch epidemic that's hit New York. Hager says she still flinches at the recollection of being sucker-punched a month ago. Harbert was on a subway platform when she was slapped in the face. As Inside Edition’s Alison Hall reports, they now share a bond.

Well, you beat my time there. Only 3 months, but I’m a dude & was never punched. It was too fast paced, dirty, crime ridden, freezing at times & everyone is so self-invested & not down-to-earth; so it was difficult moving there when I didn’t know anyone & couldn’t make friends. I went straight back to the LA area where I grew up.

Everyone I meet was very self-invested and not at all down-to-earth. I missed my friends so I moved back to my apartment and I’m happier than ever.
