She's alive and well so it's all a happy ending (for now). They really get us attached to a npc this time around, well done HYV. However, I know it's cruel to kill off Dunyarzad but that alone can be a stronger drive for the traveler to seek revenge and to uncover the mystery, think about it... Idk, maybe it's too repetitive like Teppei's death back in Inazuma. But ye, I just think genshin haven't been dark yet, the story doesn't involve major lost, not impactful enough. Technically we didn't lost anything but still learned the lesson. Over all tho, I think Dunyarzad's story is solid, there are build ups and well pasting. As someone who didn't rush the entire archon quest upon release, I get to know and feel for her, the final act really payed off.

I like to think that the twins are in a loop, as abyss twin said something along the lines of “you’ll see what I mean about this world” either meaning they’ve already lived this journey (or they have just been in this world longer but that’s not as fun) hence why we can play as either twin So they’re eternally chasing the other and then losing memories and reliving it is what I like to imagine

@@eleanor830 No, I'm pretty sure Genshin originally wanted to make Aether the only playable twin, although, because some of the community wanted a female MC to play as they made it so that you could play as Lumine. the quality tho same as inazuma video isn't really great here. too much motion but too little fps. in honkai they used the 3d instead of the 2d which made it look much better and smoother. but in genshin with this here it simply won't do
