Man. I made this for breakfast. I'm not gonna lie, I tried whisking the egg whites and my arm was going to fall off too. So then my mother suddenly walks in with those mix machine things. I was kind of annoyed because they just watched me suffer for nothing lmao. But when I was done, it was super fluffy and it looked so good. It was a light yellow colour and everything went by so perfectly. I loved this. Thank you. :)

Tip for people complaining about the sweetness: This is a good situation for hot sauce (on top, not mixed in). The vinegar and spice in the sauce will help counteract the sweetness. Don't try adding salty flavors because salt will just make the sweetness more apparent. Also, if you're serving to somebody else, don't even mention the sugar. If you tell somebody there's something in a dish they aren't used to, that's all that they are going to be thinking about.
