вчера утром президент России Владимир Путин обратился за медицинской помощью с жалобами на резкое ухудшение состояния здоровья. Путин жаловался на сильную боль в голове, нарушение зрения, онемение языка и частичную потерю чувствительности правой руки и ноги. После оказания ему первой помощи президент прошел обследование, после чего консилиум врачей, которые имеют отношение к лечению президента и профильных специалистов, которых привлекли вчера к лечению Путина, назначили лекарства и рекомендовали как минимум пару дней полный покой. К полудню по московскому времени президенту стало значительно легче, а к вечеру состояние полностью стабилизировалось и не вызывало у медиков беспокойство. Больше обеспокоились близкие президента, для которых столь резкое ухудшение здоровья Владимира Путина вызвало нервную реакцию, больше похожую на панику. Несмотря на онкологию у президента и негативные прогнозы врачей, его близкое окружение и семья тешат себя оптимизмом и надеждами, что всё будет тянуться, чуть ли не вечно. Не обращая внимания на уговоры врачей и близких, глава государства отказался от рекомендованного полного покоя и уже вечером провел недолгое совещание с представителями руководства силового и военного блоков. Путину доложили положение дел на фронте. Он поинтересовался "успехами" и спросил когда будут "освобождены" Артемовск (Бахмут), Авдеевка и другие населенные пункты, которые были обещаны военным руководством. Услышав невнятные оправдания и перспективы, президент занервничал и завершил совещание. Ближе к ночи у президента опять заболела голова и приняв лекарства он отправился спать. Впереди у Путина непростая рабочая неделя и есть ряд мероприятий и встреч, пропустить или отменить которые будет проблематично. Использование двойника, как показывает практика, довольно эффективный, но не самый надёжный способ для президента решать вопросы с "личным" участием. Двойник временами выдаёт себя манерами, поведением и оговорками, так что президент зачастую должен находиться на подхвате, плюс бывают встречи, на которых Путин должен присутствовать лично и дублером, в таких случаях, не отделаешься. Временное резкое ухудшение состояния здоровья президента уже заставило ближайшее окружение напрячься. Yup, any old key ring should work. It uses a standard size if its the same crappy $20 "Rambo" blade I had as a kid.

My cousin ruined mine while sawing down a Christmas tree. He promised to replace the rings but never did. Mine also came with a sheath and wet stone.

This is definitely not a Rambo knife. A lot of people don't know the origins of knives like these but associate them with Rambo because he made it popular. These survival knives came about in WW2, and during Vietnam, someone designed it with a hollow handle to store basic survival things, like matches. The serated part was for sawing through aircraft metal. Pilots were the first ones to have them.

They might not be names Quisling, but he was a traitor in WW2 and so his name is what we call a traitor in Norway. But I guess 99% of people didn't really think this was actually called Rambo's knife when it came out way before Rambo was a movie.

I’m a fourteen year old and have one of these knives. It’s quite old, cheap. But I still love messing around with it (as responsibly as possible). The only downside to it is that I haven’t been able to find its sheath and I can’t seem to figure out what the knife is called in order to find a sheath for it. Do you know where I might be able to obtain one?

I found my old knife just today. Still has the little sharpening stone in the pocket on the sheath. Probably going to have to restore the blade like he did but the rest is still in good shape.

UK here. These knives were only five pounds when i bought one, as a 15 year old in 1987. It was a black coated blade, no tang of course. It had a fishing kit a sewing kit, a very cheap wire saw, and waterproof matches in the hollow handle, a sharpening stone on the sheath, and the terrible compass instead of a pomel. Definitely Chinese materials and construction, But at the time, i bought it in person from a shop with money my paper round made me. It was so terribly rubbish, but i loved it, took it camping, fishing, and to my ATC ( air training corps) regiment flight trips. I genuinely have fondness for it still. I had more pleasure from that terrible thing than any 200 pound knife i have in my collection now.

Then stumbled upon this video all in the same day. Funny how that happens. I am a little worried he used water to float the compass. @@elvincollins1095 How's the condition after 40 years? I spent a lot of time in the wild with mine, so the condition deteriorated over time. But the unit was still complete and fully functional and it never broke despite the beating I gave it. I have paid a lot more for similar knives that were junk in comparison.

mine also had that black "leather" sheath with the string at the end of it. The "sharpening" stone. the chrome snaps used to keep the knife and the stone in place!! Great stuff. I also mentioned the key rings above - so easy to lose those.
