I don't use it personally for my clients, but I still paid to have it only because other realtors use it which forces me to have to use it. That's why I went ahead and got it.

They had these at some houses that I worked in they were a pain! Every morning I had to wait for the builder to come and open it, they’re cool and all but not convenient I’m my case lol!

I do not understand why us realtors operate on different systems. We are licensed for our state but different lock boxes in different counties. I have someone interested in seeing a property and it has the supra lockbox which I do not have app or key for access. CRAZY
