Excellent talk Swamiji! One of my favorites I've heard you give! So impressive how he can recite Sanskrit verses of Siva Sutras and Tantrasara in addition to all the Vedantan texts and scriptures! To me, Advaita Vedanta and Kashmiri Shaivism are very "heady" philosophies, and quite interesting to study, but the application in day to day sadhana feels dry and lacking. That is why I have a Guru like Amma (Sri Ammritanandamayi Devi) and still worship Divine Mother Kali. As a Shakta Advaitan. Now there are teachings, rituals, and other sadhanas that can be done; much more satisfying.

Pranam,It is one of the most illuminating lectures that I have heard.We are using shakti every moment of our life...icchashakti, kriyashakti,jnanashakti.So it is practical for us know this aspect of life.It was nice to hear about how mantras invoke the divine.I am conscious that advaita includes both Shiva and Shakti.It is the all inclusive approach.🙏🏽

I don't know why I told someone that mother sits on my tongue and my throat. its actually shocking that mother is associated with language in this way. Sometimes I feel like the things I'm saying come from some other realm. I don't understand. I did not know this association with language but I said it anyway.
