Taylor Swift is like the perfect example of a passionate singer songwriter who truly loves music~ there is nothing wrong with her writing about her past relationship and boyfriend. that makes it much more personal and emotional. it's actually really smart and what music is all about~

From a musical standpoint, Taylor has come a long way, in my opinion: her songwriting became better and more creative as she got older (although it still dealt with EXs. Lol), her voice DEFINITELY got better as she grew and the musical arrangements of the band were greater. The "Red" album was great, even if it had the non-country, pop singles like "22" and "I knew you were trouble". Although I am not a real big fan of the new pop Taylor, I can still appreciate and admire her past work, her live performances, the musician she is and will be and the person she is. Gotta give it to her, she knows what she is doing. People always bad mouth but the truth is, she is by far the most successful artist of the day. That's just a fact, not to mention she is absolutely gorgeous and sweet. I'm rooting for Taylor! i really hope she just stays true to herself and not sell out.
