The Tecno Phantom X is tagged as EXTRAORDINARY by Tecno Mobile. This phone will cost you about $550 and one might wonder what makes the phone that expensive.
Well, this Teardown Video of the Phantom X shows if the phone is actually worth the price tag. it reveals is the Tecno Phantom X is actually EXTRAORDINARY or it's just over hyped.
There are couple of things that stands out from the inside review of the Phantom X. one is the Laser focus, two is the 50MP main camera, and the Cooling system for the device.
Running a MediaTek Helio G95 chipset, it's very easy to say this phone is overpriced. For $350, you can buy the Tecno Camon 17 Pro and Infinix Note 10 Pro with same chipset.
You can also buy the Redmi Note 10 Pro with 108MP sensor for about $200 less. So, maybe the curved screen and excessive celebrity promo is why the Phantom X is very expensive.
Point is, there are better options and given the price of the Phantom X at $550, you might want to skip it for other devices like the Galaxy A72 or Galaxy A52.
